At Wipely, we want you to feel confident and cared for in every part of your experience — from checkout to cleaning. That’s why we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. If your order isn’t right for you, or you simply change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase so we can locate your order quickly.
Please note: for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cloths or sponges that have been used or unsealed. We appreciate your understanding — this ensures every customer receives fresh, unused products.
Damages and Issues
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Please inspect your package when it arrives and contact us immediately if your items are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. Our team will review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
How to Start a Return
- Email our friendly support team at support@trywipely.com with your order number and details of your request.
- We’ll confirm your return eligibility and provide you with simple, step-by-step instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refund Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Used or opened Swedish dishcloths or eco sponges
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Gift cards or promotional items (e.g., free gifts included with purchase)

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your preferred item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement. Our team will assist you throughout the process to ensure everything runs smoothly.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason and without justification. The same return eligibility conditions apply (unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).
