Shipping & Returns

We work hard to get your Wipely order to you quickly, safely, and with care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping times, delivery options, and our simple 30-day return policy. If you ever need assistance, reach our team at support@trywipely.com.

Order Processing Times

  • Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM local warehouse time are processed the next business day.
  • During promotional periods or holidays, please allow an extra business day for dispatch.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Delivery time = processing time + carrier transit time. The estimates below are in business days once your order leaves our warehouse.

USA & Canada 6–8 days 8–12 days Remote areas may require additional time.
Australia & New Zealand 6–8 days 8–12 days WA/NT/regional zones may add 1–2 days.
UK & EU 6–8 days 8–12 days Customs or VAT may apply (see below).
Rest of World 8–12 days Transit times vary by destination.

Heads up: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers. Weather, local customs, or peak-season demand may occasionally cause slight delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service selected.
  • Free Shipping is offered on select promotions and applies to Standard service unless otherwise noted.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after the label is created.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Entered the wrong address? Email support@trywipely.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. Once in transit, we’ll work with the carrier but can’t guarantee changes.
  • Missed delivery or “return to sender”: We can reship your order (extra shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund for the product cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable once a package has been dispatched.
  • We deliver to most residential and business addresses. P.O. Boxes and remote locations may be eligible for Standard service only.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Orders shipped outside your country may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees. Please contact your local customs office for more details before ordering.


Returns

We want you to love every part of your Wipely experience. If your purchase isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please review the conditions below before starting a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please include proof of purchase or your order number to help us locate your order quickly.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your items are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll review the issue and send a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened Swedish dishcloths, eco sponges, or cleaning tools (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Free gifts or promotional items included with purchase.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Change of mind: Customers are responsible for return postage.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect item: We’ll cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no cost.

How to Start a Return

  • Email support@trywipely.com with your order number and reason for return (photos help if your item was damaged or incorrect).
  • We’ll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions or a prepaid label (if applicable).
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different color or design? The fastest way is to complete a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after our confirmation, first check with your bank or card issuer.
  • Processing times vary; if more than 10 business days have passed, contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
